Short skirt, long skirt, choose the snap row you need.
Wear it on your skirt...
Hold the Loopy Grip with the sizing snaps facing out, slide it under your skirt bringing it up over the waistband. Lift the fastening end and snap.
Wear it on your shorts...
Do it just like the skirt.
